The French designer is the epitome of Parisian haute couture. Made popular by the chic ladies of the French capital, her collection is full of elegant silhouettes, statement tops and edgy but feminine designs.
We met the founders of the wedding label in their cosy Parisian showroom. Located on Rue de Rivoli, a renowned shopping street in Paris, the Victoire Vermeulen showroom welcomes customers in a cosy, pink and peaceful bubble. The small apartment with floral wallpaper, moulded ceilings, parquet flooring and baby pink sofas, showcases their designs to the brides and their loved ones. Three sisters are at the head of this young French brand launched in 2014: Eglantine and Myrtille are the designers, while Eugénie manages the business side. It all started in Lille, in a workshop where all the dresses continue to be brought to life. Today the brand is also present in Paris and Brussels. These three anchoring points allow the designers to have easier access to different fabrics for their creations.
Guipure lace lovers will be drawn to designs with openwork detailing that reveal a bit of skin in a crop top or backless style. Three collections named "Poésie", "Envolée" and "Gourmandise" " offer an elegant balance of draping, clean cuts and sophisticated details. A couture yet unpretentious spirit, which allows certain brides to dare to wear trainers under their tulle skirts on their big day.
